Digitalbühne Zürich (CH) «Polder: Tintagiles»

Laboratory of storytelling

After the two narrative research laboratories at Fabriktheater Zürich in the winter of 2016/17 that involved collecting the bio-feedback data of users, Digitalbühne Zürich has further developed its narrative experiment «Polder: Tintagiles»: The performer Meret Hottinger and her super-intelligent android alter ego controlled by quantum computers merge into one and become a superhuman that utilises the opportunities offered by virtual reality, swarm intelligence narrative techniques and glove puppet horror as digital prostheses to achieve her goals.

A production by Digitalbühne Zürich based on the marionette flash drama «The Death of Tintagiles» by Maurice Maeterlinck. In the Basel edition of the narrative research laboratory, three Basel high school groups are part of the narrative experiment.
